Introducing your management team

When management moves into RESULTS, everyone follows. So, you’ll want to schedule a meeting with each of your Managers and hold it in RESULTS. And we'll run the first meeting with you.

In that meeting, make sure that your managers understand the benefits of strategic alignment, collaborating in context, holding effective meetings.

Make sure that they know that reviewing performance will be far easier. Make sure they know that onboarding new hires will be more successful. RESULTS makes their job easier and extends their reach and influence.

When they understand that, it helps your roll-out go smoothly.


Defining your metrics that matter

Our KPI experts will workshop with you the best metrics for your teams and individuals. 

Generally these metrics cascade down from your company goals through teams and individuals so everyone can see how they contribute to success. 

The goal is to find the top 3 or 4 goals for everyone to focus on, any more and focus is diluted, spreading attention to thinly. 

Less is more.

Lisa rocks! Lisa is our Client Services Director and alongside Kendal in our San Francisco office hosts regular short (15-30 min) webinars. 

These sessions are designed to refresh your staff on the best ways to use the software and bring new employees on to the same page. 

They also cover new features, and software functionality updates and tips n tricks to leverage every feature.

We want your people to get the most out of our software, to help your business run at velocity so we hope everyone attends these sessions at least once per quarter.
