Stephen Lynch, a ‘Kiwi’ based in the San Francisco office, is President of He brings over twenty years of business consulting focused on strategic planning to the role, providing the thought leadership that guides the company.  

Since’s software gives him unique and privileged insights into the day-to-day operations of thousands of small-medium sized growth firms around the world, he gets to see what really works and what doesn’t in terms of strategic planning and business execution. His insights into goal setting, tracking performance, running effective meetings, engaging employees and holding them accountable are integrated throughout the platform's built-in coaching and learning features.

Having spent more than 10 years as part of the executive team at, Stephen also knows what it’s like to run and grow a global business. His articles have been published in The Economist. He is the author of the award-winning book: Business Execution for RESULTS - a practical guide for leaders of small to mid sized firms, which won "Best Management Book" in the USA’s 2014 Small Business Book Awards.

Marc Daniels - General Manager & BOARD MEMBER

Marc has an extensive background in launching global business solutions’ companies and rapidly developing the infrastructure and internal sales organizations to drive multi-million dollar revenue streams. Prior to joining the Board of Directors and assuming the role of General Manager Marc served as Executive Vice President of Licensing in North America.

Before joining in 2014, Mr. Daniels was a founding member of Diligent Board Member Services (NZX:DIL), a SaaS solution provider where he served both as COO and later as EVP of Licensing. He was instrumental in developing the North American sales infrastructure, which resulted in building the client base from 2 to over 2,000 organizations. Diligent’s customer portfolio included more than 18% of the Fortune 500 and over 30% of the Fortune 1000 companies.

Prior to his tenure at Diligent, Mr. Daniels served as the COO of Flextronics Test (NASDAQ:FLEX) from 2001 to 2003. Before heading up Operations for Flextronics Test, Mr. Daniels helped to develop as a premier gaming destination for males age 18-34. Mr. Daniels has launched many businesses over the last 36 years including, in 1979 Computer Discount of America, one of the first computer mail-order companies. Mr. Daniels’ comprehensive experience in finance, sales and operations make him a valuable member of the executive team.

Grover Jackson, Chief Technology Officer

Grover has been overseeing software development for cloud computing and online services for twenty years. He became an accomplished architect over the course of the last eight. For much of that time, he specialized in complex, highly secure applications for the finance and insurance industries, where he worked with SunTrust Bank, Wells Fargo, Visa and Sovereign Insurance.

When he was first approached by RESULTS, he understood immediately that a business management platform was not only a fascinating challenge, but one that would synthesize many of the functions scattered across today's typical corporate tech stack. He  started as an application architect, and hit the ground running. To keep pace with a fast-growing company, his expertise enabled the RESULTS application to handle a 1,000 fold increase in customer demand.

As RESULTS' Chief Technology Officer, Grover now focuses on the technical strategies needed to make sure RESULTS meets the market demands that are evolving as quickly as the business managment platform space.

Jason Jones - Executive Vice President of Sales, U.S.A.


Throughout his career Jones has created and led world-class SaaS sales teams.

In 2008 he joined the New Zealand HR Software company Sonar6 and introduced it's offering to the United States market as the U.S. Director of Business Development.

For the next three years, he and his team aggressively grew North America and European market share for the NZ business, resulting in his promotion to Director of Global Sales.

In 2012, Sonar6 was acquired by US based, publicly traded, Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD), where he eventually ran their global US SMB Sales function. He retained his Sonar6 team and grew the existing team over a short period of time.

In 2013 they promoted him to Director of Global SMB sales, and a year later promoted him again to Director of SMB Channel Sales.

In 2015 he connected with the vision and never looked back. Upon becoming our Executive Vice President of Sales, he once again created and currently leads our world-class sales team across North and South America, as well as making significant contributions to the Executive team.

ANESH BUDHABHAI - Vice President of PRODUCT Development


For twelve years Budhabhai has been a recognized innovator in the cloud computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) space for the SMB market.

He served as a Product Manager at the Human Resources SaaS company Sonar6, 

Throughout his 12 years in cloud based, Saas applications Anesh has been an integral facilitator of changing the way that teams manage their design and delivery of product. 

Serving as a lead product manager at Sonar6, Cornerstone on Demand and Findly he has established himself as one of the leading product managers in the SMB software space. 

With experience in industries ranging from Human Resource, Recruiting and Learning Management, Anesh now brings his learnings to the Business Management sector looking to engineer change and disrupt the way that that organizations drive results in their business.

Lisa Carter, Vice President of Client Experience


At the outset of her career, Lisa Carter spent five years as the Executive Assistant to the Financial Director of Australia's second largest insurance company.

From there, she moved to London and became fascinated by investment banking. She began at Société General, where she created pitches for bankers who were closing $100 million deals. She next moved to Merrill Lynch where she continued refining collateral for contracts of equal or greater value, and where she became accustomed to hitting extremely demanding deadlines on their Global Marketing Team. 

From London, she travelled to fifty-four countries before deciding to start a family. 

She began working with RESULTS when it was a consulting business, and has been among the company's leaders for nearly fifteen years. With a deep understanding of finance, entrepreneurship, marketing and business development, she now guides clients to the perfect implementation of so they, too, can succeed.

Tom Lombardo, Director of Marketing

Tom Lombardo’s widely varied experience gives him unique insights into how RESULTS can positively impact an organization.


His management experience began when he was a sixth grade teacher. When he moved into the world of software, he started as a web programmer for a learning management company. He holds a patent for the design of a collaboration platform, which he used to start a company. He then entered the world of finance, managing bond portfolios at UBS and Morgan Stanley.

As inbound marketing took shape, he became hooked on the concept and began to create content- and SEO-driven business development campaigns for a financial services company. When the RESULTS opportunity presented itself, he leapt at the chance to join one of the original pioneers of the business management platform.

He now thrives on spreading the word about how RESULTS can help leaders create robust, well-informed and well-managed teams.

Andrew Ritchie, Director of Partner & Client Engagement


Fueled by a passionate belief that work and business can be better, Andrew decided he’d join after attending one of the company's seminars. He was delighted to realize that RESULTS thought leaders saw the business world the way he did, and his passion landed him a position.  

Over the six years he has been with the company, he has been at the forefront of client engagement and has become an expert at strategic planning and creating exactly the right goals and metrics to execute that plan. He thrives on the ever-changing challenges that stretch him every day.

Ryan Bear, Director of Integrations & U.S. Operations


Ryan built lead generation and inside sales teams for Fortune 1000 companies until the  big-data firm Actian discovered him.

They tapped Ryan's unique organizational talents to configure their sales processes so they would scale. Then, over the course of his his tenure, Actian acquired a series of companies. Ryan integrated their sales groups and ramped them into production.

By keeping infrastructure and processes transparent in exactly the right way, his teams were able to consistently exceed quotas. Actian then tapped him to oversee the onboarding of all their OEM and reseller partners.
