He is the author of the award-winning book: Business Execution for RESULTS - a practical guide for leaders of small to mid sized firms, which won "Best Management Book" in the USA’s 2014 Small Business Book Awards.
Marc has over 39 years of experience as an executive, serial entrepreneur, and business coach. In 1979 he co-founded Computer Discount of America, one of the first computer mail order companies. He served as a Business coach/business planner to Instrumentation Engineering that was acquired by Flextronics (NASDAQ:FLEX) for over $USD 300 million in 2001. He was a founding Member of Diligent Boardbooks (NZX:DIL). Diligent was acquired by a private equity firm in 2016 for $NZD 941 Million. Marc joined the executive team of Results.com in 2014, sits on the Board of Directors and presently serves as its General Manager overseeing operations in New Zealand and the United States. Marc is passionate about helping companies grow.
Grover has been overseeing software development for cloud computing and online services for twenty years. He became an accomplished architect over the course of the last eight. For much of that time, he specialized in complex, highly secure applications for the finance and insurance industries, where he worked with SunTrust Bank, Wells Fargo, Visa and Sovereign Insurance.
When he was first approached by RESULTS, he understood immediately that a business management platform was not only a fascinating challenge, but one that would synthesize many of the functions scattered across today's typical corporate tech stack. He started as an application architect, and hit the ground running. To keep pace with a fast-growing company, his expertise enabled the RESULTS application to handle a 1,000 fold increase in customer demand.
As RESULTS' Chief Technology Officer, Grover now focuses on the technical strategies needed to make sure RESULTS meets the market demands that are evolving as quickly as the business managment platform space.

Simon Small is a champion and pioneer of exponential technologies (where capability is doubling each year) from producing the first broadcasts of interactive television in the UK for Sky, to establishing the business of Diligent (a Top 50 SaaS company) in UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa, to co-founding a Top 10 artificial intelligence company, Arria.
Simon was recently hired by RESULTS as an advisor as the company was gearing up. He now heads up the RESULTS Partner Program throughout Asia Pacific. “We’ve made a strategic shift to enrolling and empowering the global community of business advisors, coaches & consultants as our partners. With experience in industries ranging from Human Resource, Recruiting and Learning Management, Anesh now brings his learnings to the Business Management sector looking to engineer change and disrupt the way that that organizations drive results in their business.
At the outset of her career, Lisa Carter spent five years as the Executive Assistant to the Financial Director of Australia's second largest insurance company.
From there, she moved to London and became fascinated by investment banking. She began at Société General, where she created pitches for bankers who were closing $100 million deals. She next moved to Merrill Lynch where she continued refining collateral for contracts of equal or greater value, and where she became accustomed to hitting extremely demanding deadlines on their Global Marketing Team.
From London, she travelled to fifty-four countries before deciding to start a family.
She began working with RESULTS when it was a consulting business, and has been among the company's leaders for nearly fifteen years. With a deep understanding of finance, entrepreneurship, marketing and business development, she now guides clients to the perfect implementation of RESULTS.com so they, too, can succeed.
Tom Lombardo’s widely varied experience gives him unique insights into how RESULTS can positively impact an organization.
His management experience began when he was a sixth grade teacher. When he moved into the world of software, he started as a web programmer for a learning management company. He holds a patent for the design of a collaboration platform, which he used to start a company. He then entered the world of finance, managing bond portfolios at UBS and Morgan Stanley.
As inbound marketing took shape, he became hooked on the concept and began to create content- and SEO-driven business development campaigns for a financial services company. When the RESULTS opportunity presented itself, he leapt at the chance to join one of the original pioneers of the business management platform.
Fueled by a passionate belief that work and business can be better, Andrew decided he’d join RESULTS.com after attending one of the company's seminars. He was delighted to realize that RESULTS thought leaders saw the business world the way he did, and his passion landed him a position.
Over the six years he has been with the company, he has been at the forefront of client engagement and has become an expert at strategic planning and creating exactly the right goals and metrics to execute that plan. He thrives on the ever-changing challenges that stretch him every day.

Ryan built lead generation and inside sales teams for Fortune 1000 companies until the big-data firm Actian discovered him.
They tapped Ryan's unique organizational talents to configure their sales processes so they would scale. Then, over the course of his his tenure, Actian acquired a series of companies. Ryan integrated their sales groups and ramped them into production.
By keeping infrastructure and processes transparent in exactly the right way, his teams were able to consistently exceed quotas. Actian then tapped him to oversee the onboarding of all their OEM and reseller partners.

When Maneesh managed training at Hewlett Packard, he oversaw the onboarding of every new employee to work for the conglomerate in New Zealand while simultaneously organizing the outsourcing of certain client operations to Manila. The experience taught him how to integrate new, energetic employees into a functioning whole that spanned several nations.
From there, he moved into a more purely operational role at Freightways Information Services, also in New Zealand, where he directed the implementation of technology solutions that had an immediate impact on customer success.
